Following Emerson’s refurbishment of the Last Drop Hotel, fire safety upgrades were required to match the standard of the wider redevelopment. The site includes hotel rooms, spa facilities, restaurants, meeting spaces, and leisure areas, making it a complex environment with multiple high-footfall and sensitive areas.
